THE
SEMI AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINE,
MODEL
SOMI
is designed for filling of bottles, jars, metal or plastic tubes and all
kind of containers with a capacity of 250 cc
or less (see hereunder indication of dosing
pumps)
The Somi, which valve is
perfectly tight enables
handling of pastes as well as
liquids.
4. OPTIONS :
For visquous products : screw propeller driven by independent
motoreducer, or hopper with tight cover and pressurized piston
(using air or neutral gas).
For liquid products : shut off nozzle
For hot filling : jacketed hopper with water outlet valve.
heating by thermodiver
temperature control by thermostat,
circulation water pump for equal heating all round the
hopper,
possibility of valve heating by hot water circulation of
the water-bath.
1. VERY SIMPLE TO USE:
Dismantling and cleaning are very fast.
Machine is driven by an electrical motor.
Machine is started or stopped by means of the foot pedal
(stoppage is automatically done on completion of the filling).
So both the operator’s hands are free.

Protection of the electrical motor (0.33 HP - 910 revolutions /
minute) is ensured by circuit breaker.
