“Propuesta educativa en principios y valores éticos” Estudio de caso: maestría en salud pública Con mención en gerencia de la Universidad NUR Marcelo Alfredo Valda Ameller Abstract In a world of constant social , technological, scientific and competitive advancement, total care education of the human being has not kept pace as it is giving more value to the professional development of technical skills and therefore the importance to strengthening education on ethical principles is subtracted; in this sense, the researcher asks himself if teachers and students of the Masters in Public Health with mention in Management have enough support from their university, "La NUR" to strengthen and / or consolidate the professional ethical condition of the Masters’ student. Consequently, in this paper, the teaching-learning process of ethical principles and values of the master in question is characterized, from the student teacher experience and university curricula NUR. For this purpose we have used theoretical methods for a proper understanding of the national reality and the object of study using deductive and inductively secondary information, and also we resorted to using instruments “Surveys" which through a pilot were consolidated and subsequently applied to the study of default case. All activities were designed with a systemic, holistic and methodologically organized approach through the Vision Box Horizontal. The work is divided into three chapters, the first presents the conceptual and contextual foundations of ethical principles , moral values and their relation to education , in the second chapter the status of research topic in the university NUR is diagnosed so that to this point of the thesis we already have the necessary support in order to raise in chapter three the proposal to strengthen the transverse process of ethical education of mastery, with an educational system that not only integrates into society in order to achieve a profile with a more relevant and solid reality of the Masters’ student but also to allow the proposal to be a mechanism of learning to learn thanks to the reciprocity between the active participation of society in the educational process of the mastery of the university in question. Finally the conclusions among which we emphasize that both teachers and the Masters’ students, indicate that the process of ethics education in the Masters allows the student to internalize ethical values; another is that a minority of teachers are not satisfied with the support given by the university to extracurricular activities of interaction with society and the Masters’ students at the same time are not satisfied with the quality of ethics education , however the time that the Masters gives to the subject is sufficient; another is that teachers have a very good ethical profile according to the students , so it is not necessary to make a proposal on the issue ; consequently the lack of extracurricular activities –of social interaction - in the cross education in ethics is a weakness that contributes to the perception of poor quality that the students have. Finally recommendations are expressed among which highlights that the high ethical profile of teachers should be exploited, transforming the hidden curriculum in operational, coordinating with the responsible for the masters, being a very good way the implementation of this proposal because the efforts that teachers have been doing their own initiative are systematized and at the same time greater impact to teaching and society is achieved, systematically implementing ethics transversal education inclusive cross social actors.
