May 2017 Visa Application Centre opens in Kosovo —Prishtina to facilitate application for Schengen Visa to Norway/Denmark/Lithuania and Iceland Norway`s new Visa Application Centre opens 22nd May 2017. The Norwegian Embassy will not receive bookings of visa application appointments for June and onwards. These will be handled by the Centre. 11. Apr 2017 The Norwegian Government intends to increase project support to Western Balkans to strengthen rule of law, civil society and sustainable economic development. Strengthening rule of law, cooperation and reconciliation, development of sustainable economies and strengthening of civil society will be prioritized areas for Norwegian aid in the upcoming years. 19.
