uFLOW is a nonprofit organization that partners adolescents in high-risk areas with mentors that help
the students to implement a service project aimed at creating a positive change.
 We developed a survey based on established methods to assess the programs impact on student selfesteem, motivation, and leadership
 I completed the IRB required to administer the survey, automated the survey, and analyzed the results
