A Fresh Appraisal

This live continuing medical education
symposium – to be held as a satellite in
conjunction with the 2016 Heart Rhythm
Society Annual Scientific Sessions – will address
two very important aspects of the management
of Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices
(CIED): lead revisions and extraction and the
prevention and management of infected CIED
systems. The program will include lectures and
expert panel discussions that cover the above
important topics.

strategies and list the indications for
their use in relation to infectious and
noninfectious indications
