Sometimes it’s a good thing to take candy away from kids, especially when it’s a way to help others.
(PRACTICE NAME) is delighted to invite your students to participate in our 2015 Halloween Candy BuyBack Program, which will benefit the American Association of Orthodontists Donated Orthodontic
Services Program or X CHARITY.
What is the 2015 Halloween Candy Buy Back Program and How Does it Work?
We encourage kids to give up their Halloween Candy for two reasons:
1) Sweet, gooey and sticky treats can wreak havoc on teeth
2) Our candy buy back is a ‘sweet’ way for kids to help others
On (DATE, TIME) at (LOCATION) children are invited to bring in their Halloween candy and we’ll ‘buy it
back’ for $XX per pound, up to XX maximum. In addition, in support of the kids bringing in their candy in
an effort to help others, our practice will make a matching donation to INSERT CHARITY NAME. (If
collected candy will be donated, mention its disposition here.)
(If beneficiary is Donated Orthodontic Services include the following) To help underprivileged kids who
need orthodontic treatment, the American Association of Orthodontists Donated Orthodontic Services
Program will receive a donation that matches the amount paid to participants who surrendered
Halloween candy.
