7th Grade Failure is Not an Option Project
Due February 1st, 2017
The human body is made up of several different systems. Each system has a
separate function, but as you’ve learned, many of them work together. Below is a
list of systems we have discussed in class. Select two systems from the list below.
• Excretory System
• Digestive System
• Circulatory System
• Immune System
• Respiratory System
Now that you have chosen two systems, explain how they interact with one
another to help keep a living organism healthy and alive. First use an MPO to
organize your ideas, making sure to complete each part properly. Using your
completed MPO generate a well-organized essay.
Essay should include the following:
Paragraph 1: Introduction to your essay.
Paragraph 2: The first organ system you chose and how it works include all organs
within the system that are required.
Paragraph 3: The second organ system you chose and how it works include all
organs within the system that are required.
Paragraph 4: How the two systems work together, include the organs that help or
work with one another.
Paragraph 5: Conclusion wrapping up your essay.
