exists in the organization
 2. Acquiring and creating new knowledge
 3. Converting knowledge to profitable products and

*Al-Qiyadah (Leadership)*
Definition of Leadership in Islam.
 According to the Islamic view, leadership is a
sacred position that can solve the problems of humanity and guide them to the etern
al betterment of here and hereafter.
 It is a person or a group of people who guide and lead the followers, the humanity
from the brink of destruction to the way of Allah.
Khalifa (Caliph), derived from the word Khilafa (Caliphate-system of
governance established in Islam), means, literally, the successor, the
vicegerent or the representive
Imamah, the office of Imam, is another common term used in the holy Qur’an
to describe the leadership of man.
Amir means the commander, governor, general, prince, leader
etc.
Ra’I, means a guardian and employed to mean ‘the person in charge, leader
or administer’. Similarly, the terms Sheikh, Sayyid, Qa’eed, Malik, Ja’eem are
also used in the meaning of a leader in various occasions

 Leadership is an important part of Islamic society.
 Islam emphasize on the unity of man in every sphere
of life. Every aspects of human life such as social,
political, financial, national or international should
not be directed by itself. It should be leaded with a
friendly relationship of whole ummah.
- Al-Amanah (Honesty) -

Islam orders the Muslim to be honest to himself and others. This
order repeatedly comes in the Noble Qur'an and the sayings of
Prophet Muhammad (SAWS).

Honesty also implies carrying out duties as fully as possible whether
the person is supervised or not.

Honesty makes the person feel that he trusts others and is trusted by
others. Taking fasting as an example, when a Muslim fasts, he should
abstain from any kind of food or drink from dawn until sunset.
HONDA MALAYSIA ISSUES
ANOTHER AIRBAG RECALL
 Honda Malaysia is recalling another 46,710
units of Honda vehicles over potential faulty
Takata airbag inflators affecting four of its
models here. In a precautionary update ,it say
this extension involves 26,186 vehicles ,which
include the City [2008-2009],Civic [2007-2009]
CR-V[2007-2008] and Jazz[2007 and 2009],
which are affected by potentially faulty Takata
front passengers airbag inflators.
Conclusion for Honesty
 We can observe that Honda Malaysia have showed
example of loyalthy to other companies .Nowdays
,various of companies distributing duplicate materials
for excersing profit .In despite, Honda Malaysia have
identified the problem and took proper iniative that is
giving free exchangable airbag to the involved car
traders
- Al-Syafafiah (Transparent) -
Definition Al-Syafafiah
 Transparency is operating in such a way that it is easy
for others to see what actions are performed. It has
been defined simply as the perceived quality of
intentionally shared information from a sender.
- Transparency in Islamic Management -
In Quranic demands fair,open and ethical behaviour in
all transactions in transparency :“Believers, whenever you contract a debt from one another
for a known term, commit it to writing”
Surah Al-Baqarah – Verse (2:282) (325).

1. Management transparency is the top factor when
determining employee happiness.

veryimportant thing in organization and in our daily
life.
