How buddhism spreads in India:
After Buddha’s death his followers spread his teaching. It expanded throughout
most of India because Asoka was a famous king, but converted to Buddhism.
Asoka sent many monks to develop the teaching of Buddhism.
The Buddha’s Teaching
The Four Noble Truths make up the core of Buddha’s teaching.
The four noble truths are The truth of suffering, The truth of the
Cause of Suffering,The truth of the End of Suffering, and The truth
of the Path that Leads to the End of Suffering
The Buddha’s Statue
The Buddha’s statue represents how the Buddha’s life helps other to confront all
their suffering.
Once Buddha went out to a village and saw a sick man, an aging man and a dying man.
On his trip he saw a holy man and inspired by that man he left his palace for good and
near a river he had found the deepest sense of peace which is called nirvana
