Marketing Coordinator
Objectives of the division:
The objective of the Office of CEO is to provide high level, effective and efficient support to the functions of the CEO
office.
The MEGT Marketing Department is an inhouse service to the organisation. Its objectives are to assist MEGT to grow
as an organisation and to provide MEGT’s respective Divisions with strategic marketing advice and the tools to grow
their Division.
Objectives of the position:
This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd. The primary focus of this role will be to



coordinate all Marketing brand and campaign activity so they are delivered on time, within budget and to a
high quality
provide the marketing department with the support needed in order to generate business
provide MEGT as a whole organisation with marketing support that will build the whole organisation.
Key to this function is ensuring that all marketing activity is completed at the right time, within budget, at a high
standard and within contractual and brand guidelines.
Relationships:
This role reports to the Brand & Campaign Manager and liaises closely with the rest of the Marketing team.

A marketing or advertising qualification is desirable but not essential

previous experience working in a marketing department coordinating brand and campaign activities
excellent inter-personal skills and a collaborative approach to business relationships
excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
strong attention to detail
effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
ability to work effectively both in a team environment and on your own
intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
passion & commitment to consistently deliver a high quality of service
a positive "can do" attitude where no job is too hard
entry level graphic design skills (i.e. typesetting, basic editing).
Duties and responsibilities:
The Marketing Coordinator captures the full details of campaign activities from the internal customer/s in a brief,
briefs each element into each resource appropriate for the particular element, ensures deadlines by each resource
are on track and are met, ensures each element is contractually compliant, meets brand requirements, is proofread,
is produced appropriately and on time by all suppliers for output, ensures correct quantities are despatched and
received. Each stage of this process is tracked within the job bag system.








using MEGT Marketing quality assurance protocols and tracking processes, facilitate the creation and delivery
of projects
liaise with MEGT staff in order to provide quality customer service
facilitate MEGT’s promotional requirements efficiently and at a high level of attention to detail by liaising
with the corporate Marketing team and internal customers
facilitate a wide variety of BTL and ATL campaigns
build strong and successful working relationships with internal clients
facilitate projects with the assistance of inhouse studio personnel and external suppliers so they are
delivered on time, within budget, at a high quality and fully compliant
track projects through the Job Bag system and the WIP
work cooperatively with the Marketing team and assist with other marketing activities as required.
(Note: The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties not specifically mentioned in this document, but
within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at
this level.)
Key performance indicators:



Brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing material.
High quality marketing collateral production that meets all branding standards within the scheduled
timeframes.
Actively foster strong positive relationships between internal and external stakeholders and the MEGT
brand.

Ensure compliance and policy procedures are maintained.
Work efficiently and effectively with all external and internal stakeholders, and within MEGT Education
internal systems and processes.
Ensure allotted tasks are performed accurately and in appropriate time frames and at allocated budget.
Measurement of these KPIs are:




Number of missed deadlines – see WIP list - target zero
Number of errors – see error log – target zero
Quality – see error log – target zero
Brand guidelines – see error log – target zero.
