Purpose of the job
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director, we are looking for a Senior Manager (Partner Marketing and Branding)
to join the team to maintain overall responsibility for marketing British Business Bank with and via our delivery partners.
Main duties







Relationship managing communications teams in delivery partners
Ensuring the British Business Bank brand is adequately represented on partner marketing materials, websites and other
communications channels
Working with British Business Bank product teams to ensure new partner relationships are considerate of our branding
and marketing principles
Working with British Business Bank Legal to ensure that marketing and communications principles are made clear in
partner contracts
Managing marketing database – ensuring database is up to date to reflect key personnel and activity with our partners
and wider stakeholders
Brand management – design and implementation across the business as a whole, as well as different products and
teams
Management responsibilities likely to emerge over time although not immediately
Knowledge and experience












Strong experience in marketing and branding
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and oral
Experience of working with partner organisations
Experience working in or with the Public Sector is desirable
The ability to articulate complex issues in a clear manner
Management experience
Creative and critical thinking skills
Commercially focused and able to demonstrate ‘Return On Investment’
Strong business, relationship management and problem solving skills
Strategic event oversight – coordinating annual calendar of events, both those arranged by the British Business Bank as
well as third party events offering a platform for the Bank.
Managing event budget across the business
Overseeing work and managing event agency to deliver events as instructed.
