JOB DESCRIPTION Role Marketing Coordinator Reports To Partner responsible for Business Development Summary Of Duties The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing BNG’s annual marketing plan. This role will work closely with internal team members and an external marketing consultant to implement approved marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will also manage client contact data, create PowerPoint and other presentations, and ensure the consistent application of corporate branding in all materials. This role will assist in raising BNG’s visibility in community events and support special projects throughout the year. Core Duties* With guidance from an external marketing consultant and working closely with other team members, execute BNG’s approved annual marketing plan: Prepare, schedule, coordinate and oversee the production and delivery of all marketing materials; Create PowerPoint and other presentations and marketing materials to support a consistent image of BNG at all times; Proofread, vet and review all marketing and advertising materials to ensure standards for quality and consistency are met; Assist with sourcing and managing suppliers for the preparation and/or production of marketing materials. Develop internal processes to organize and manage client contact data to support sales and marketing initiatives. Ensure the consistent application of corporate branding in all published documents and other media. Contribute to BNG’s visibility in community events, preparing support materials and assisting in the events as needed. Required Skills and Attributes Skills and Experience *Note: Attributes Acquired or working towards a post-secondary education with a concentration in marketing Experience in an entrylevel marketing role is an asset Demonstrated success in project management is an asset Proficiency in software programs related to creating and publishing brochures and presentations a strong asset Creative thinker Strong planning, organization and execution skills High attention to detail Strong written and oral communication skills Collaborative – integrates information across the company High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability Good time management skills Self-motivated; able to work well with minimal supervision The “Core Duties” is a summary of the duties that are essential to this role and is not an exhaustive list.
