Position_Type: Full-time Company_Name___Website: Interstates / www.interstates.com Job_Title___Location: Project Coordinator / Omaha, NE Position_Description: Interstates is growing, and we are currently seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to join our Interstates Construction Team for our Omaha, NE office. The Site Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in the acquisition and execution phase(s) of project delivery, as defined in the primary job duties section, below. Interstates seeks ambitious, innovative individuals with the ability to grow and maintain value-added relationships with our team and external customers. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling: Creating and monitoring project schedules; communicating updates with clients, staff, and other contractors Client Relationship Management: Keepi! ng all stakeholders informed of important jobsite progress Billing: Monitoring the progress and changes of project financials Job Planning: Working with-PreConstruction to ensure construction is as lean and agile as possible Tracking/Monitoring/Analyzing Project Data: Working with engineering and other departments to provide accurate documentation and progress reporting Administrative Duties: Working with subcontractors and safety throughout all business units Training Onsite Personnel: Implementing procedures on the jobsite and training appropriate staff in project management practices Estimating: Analyzing documentation in preparing the proposals with clients and vendors Other duties may be assigned. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or construction management Or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training Or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training Preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Ab! le to track and organize projects and information Ability to prioritize work Must work cooperatively with others in a team environment Can speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization Travel: Travel will be required 80-90% of the time, within the Omaha, NE area.
