Once the application has been approved by the contractor you will be sent an invoice for the
full amount. The undersigned declares that the deposit of €
representing 50% of
the total amount due, will be paid within 2 weeks of invoice issue. The remaining 50% is to
be settled by 15 August 2016.

the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), as published in the
Sponsorship & Exhibition brochure available upon request or on the website
http://www.eadvvienna2016.org/ . Please pay special attention to cancellation
clauses.
The submission of the application form/s for sponsorship and exhibition to the EADV
Exhibition department is binding and contractual from the Applicant’s side.

Regulations Related to Industry Activities
In order for EADV to be in compliance with the prevailing EU directive (2001/83/EC, article
86) and the Austrian Pharm Code of Conduct on advertising the below rules apply to the
participants, the access in the Exhibition area, advertising and industry sessions.
All participants, with the exception of the exhibitors, will have to be classified in two
categories as Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Non-Healthcare Professionals (nonHCP). The relevant category will be indicated on the registration badge.
Only HCP’s and pharmaceutical industry representatives may enter the exhibition area and
will be required to display their “HCP or industry” badge at the entrance. Non- HCP’s will not
have access to the exhibition area, where prescription products are exhibited.
Only HCP’s and industry representatives may be exposed to (and may expose themselves
to) pharmaceutical advertising for prescription drugs. Product booths and advertisements
for prescription products must therefore not be accessible to non-HCP’s. Presenting any
prescription product or research is limited to HCP’s and industry representatives only.
