Dynamic Dynasties Task:
In pairs, create an A3-size poster representing your assigned Chinese
Dynasty. This poster should include the following elements:
 A large, central title that clearly notes which Dynasty
 The dates the Dynasty ruled China
 The number of years the Dynasty ruled for (you might have to do
some math)
 A description, in your own words, of three legacies (positive or
negative) from that Dynasty or period of time
 Three pictures or graphics that show or represent your three
chosen legacies (events, people, inventions, or achievements)
Poster Checklist
Use A3 colored construction paper – landscape direction
Include a creative border at top and bottom (2 cm wide) that relates to China
Write the Dynasty name in clear, large, colorful letters at the top or in the center
Include the Dynasty dates and length of rule
Include 3 legacies from your Dynasty or period of time
Include 3 relevant pictures for your chosen legacies
Create and include the bibliography of your sources on the back
