The Role Reporting into the Head of Marketing Communications, the successful Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for managing direct marketing processes and operations, from creation to execution & reporting, across the Agribusiness vertical. This person will lead a team in marketing automation and measure the effectiveness of promotional programmes and campaigns across the marketing communications mix, globally. We are ideally looking for an experienced Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in CRM, Direct Marketing and Marketing Automation experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Extensive experience of marketing campaign management & CRM, and utilizing all aspects of the promotional mix across all marketing media. Experience using a Marketing Automation Platform, specifically Eloqua, is required. Experience in a B2B marketing role will be a great advantage, especially winning and keeping large multi-national corporate clients with complex buying structures. (B2C will be considered) Experience with database manipulation and list management. Results-driven – ensure that marketing campaigns fulfil strategic goals and achieve required business goals. Data-driven, with strong analytical skills. Able to measure ROI, capturing and applying learning on an ongoing basis. Highly organized, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible. Leadership skills – able to instil vision through personal drive, building enthusiasm and commitment in order to implement well executed campaigns that meet strategic goals Experience maintaining budgets, assessing costs and benefits. Excellent influencing and negotiating skills – able to develop strategic working relationships across in order to achieve business objectives.
