prepare a report containing the

• Management Summary: A brief overview of the
objectives and recommendations.
• Documentation: A summary of the objective
and all the presented measures and group
assessments of business value and resource
consumption.
• Project Portfolio: This information we are
consolidating in a project where initiatives are
prioritized among themselves. It provides an
overview and it makes it easy to decide which
measures to be implemented first.
