Pay close attention to the sample Identification, for future use in class. Full Credit will be give for Acceptable Identifications: Example: Leaky Family Louis and Mary Leaky were archaeologists who participated in excavations in East Africa in the 1930’s. Their excavation of the Great Rift Valley has provided valuable information regarding the origins of the species, as the discovery of the hominid called Zinjanthropus showed that some hominids are closely linked to apes. The Leaky discoveries were a benchmark in the search for a missing link between human species and apes.
