Based on what you have learned about the Protestant Reformation and the abuses and
corruption in the Catholic church, make a “TO DO” list for the Pope. Open up the activity
“Counter Reformation Stations” that is posted on Schoology. After examining the 4 documents
and answering the accompanying questions, decide which items should be crossed off the list.
Then write a letter to the Pope in which you critique the church’s response to the corruption
that was present in their organization and the challenges that were put forth by the religious
teachings of the Protestants.
