Hand placement and stabilization to increase knee flexion (stretch the rectus femoris and quadriceps) with the patient lying prone. Hip: Abduction and Adduction Abduction of the hip, maintaining the hip in extension and neutral to rotation. Rotation of the hip with the hip positioned in 90 of flexion Ankle: Dorsiflexion Dorsiflexion of the ankle Subtalar (Lower Ankle) Joint: Inversion and Eversion Inversion of the subtalar joint.
