Oak Lawn Marketing is a NTT Docomo group company and our brand Shop Japan procures
unique products such as Wonder Core, Cerafit、and True sleeper from all over the world. We
are looking for interns for several positions. These positions would be based at the Nagoya HQ
or Tokyo Office.
Job Responsibilities:
 Our internship program includes learning the business and professional skills of the Division
with improvement proposal project. At the end of the internship, there will be presentation
for this project to the management members of Division.
 This internship program will be customized for each Division based on individual meetings
with applicants before the internship. (NOTE: TO BE CONFIRMED)
About the Team:

Quality Assurance: Quality Assurance Division is responsible for product quality. We use a
proprietary quality management system. We constantly inspect and improve our products'
quality to provide products and services that our customers can use safely, securely and
with satisfaction. This Division is based in Nagoya HQ.
 E-Commerce: E-Commerce Department is responsible for WEB marketing and Landing
page optimization. WEB Marketing team draws visitors to Shop Japan site using SEO,
SEM, Display Ads and Affiliate Ads. We also optimize inside our site to increase sales with
up-selling or cross-selling products. This Division is based in Tokyo.

IT: IT Division support our business with IT solutions such as repair and maintenance of
core systems, Infrastructure and help increase our server's security. We implemented latest
technology to help support our global business. This Division is based in Nagoya HQ and
Tokyo.
 Marketing Business Intelligence (Data Analysis): Marketing Business Intelligence help
leaders make data-driven informed decisions, with high quality, timely and actionable
reports. Business Intelligence deliverables include Marketing Research, Media Attribution
and planning, Finance Allocation with budget and profit reports and Consulting
Optimization. This Division is based in Nagoya HQ and Tokyo.
Compensation: 932 yen/hour
Dates, Days, Time: Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with an hour for
lunch (8 work hours/day). Occasional overtime may be necessary.
Location: Nagoya HQ Higashi Sakura, Higashi-ku Nagoya Closest station: Sakae
Tokyo Office Toranomon, Minatoku, Tokyo Closest stations: Toranomon, Uchisaiwaicho,
Kamiyacho, Kasumigaseki, Shinbashi
Qualifications:

Native-level Japanese (Reading/Writing/Speaking)

Secure accommodation in Japan, commutable to our office

Insurance for liability insurance and accident insurance

Study abroad for more than 1 year

PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS word)

Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team


that believes everyday should be “Fun and Fulfilling” for customers. We also have an advantage
in data analysis.
Out corporate climate focuses on data. We accumulate various data relating our products,
media and customers’ information, and any analysis and suggestions are based on numerical
