World History by the numbers:
This course is a survey of the history of the world
encompassing everything that has ever
happened…ever. The purpose of this course is to
develop greater understanding of the evolution of
global processes and interactions. Not only are we
going to discuss what happened throughout
history…but why those things happened and how they
have shaped the world around us.
80 – # of days that we have to cover the history of
the world
470 – # of key terms that we will discuss (approx.)
0 – # of countries that Mr. Marwitz has been to
outside the U.S.
XVII - # of European Kings that we will NOT talk
about
38 - # of students will read # as “hashtag”
