Note: One the article, entitled “Attracting and Keeping Volunteers through a Qualifications System,” was published in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy Journal, in 1994, and is still used as a model by hospitals throughout the U.S. Scholarly Publications and Presentations Have published over thirty-five scholarly articles in various academic journals such as the Journal of Business Communications, Personnel Administrator, Business Horizons, Montana Business Communication Quarterly, AT&T Magazine, American Business Communications Bulletin, The Association for Business Communications Journal, Journal of Health Care Philanthropy, The Journal of Global Business, Journal of Marketing Studies, The Academy of Educational Leadership Journal. Note: the article entitled “The Continuing Influence of Minerva,” published in the Journal of Health Care Philanthropy in 1992 has been used as a prototype to develop Foundation Affinity Groups for medical centers in Arizona, Texas, California, Tennessee, and South America.
