Fundamentals of Life –
„It (life, body, body field) is to be able to summon
energy at will and to engage in extremely rapid
and efficient energy transformation.”
Mae-Wan Ho in The Rainbow and the Worm
• How do we store energy and information?
• Cycles – biochemical pathways (citrat cycle, urea cycle
etc.), which are connected to each other to create
shorter and longer cycles, embedded in bigger cycles of
the earth and sun up to cosmic dimensions (circadian
biology)
• Cycles create space and time of local systems – i.e.
human being, organism, cavities – source energy

• Coherent structures – coupled cycles, crystal like,
instantaneous energy & information transfer, tunneling,
magnetic field, body field, collagen fibres in the living
matrix,
• Charge – membrane potential (lipids),
water battery
• Energy flow – electrons, protons
• Signaling – light quanta information, photons
Source: The Rainbow and the Worm
2 important particles
• Proton –
• positive charge, atom nuclei, free hydrogen nuclei, mass of the
body, gravity fields, magnetic moment (spin) – 660 times smaller
than that of an electron, potential energy
• Electron –
• negative charge, atomic shell, free electrons, mass only 1/1836 that
of a proton, magnetic moment (spin), electrons can be converted
into photons and vice versa, photoelectric effect, flexibility, kinetic
energy - flow
• Moving magnetic fields create electron flow, moving
electrons create massive electromagnetic fields

• Water chemistry
• Water, battery
Life is energy flow – mostly flow of electrons
• Electrons are our „energetic currency”.
• Electrons from grounding, light etc.
• Water provides us with electrons – 4th
phase!
• Our food provides us with electrons!
Eukaryotic cells, which contain mitochondria
• 2,1 billion years ago, end of first total glaciation period on Earth, for
the first time oxygen appeared in the atmosphere, methane
decreased
• Fusion of
• Methanogenic Archaea (look like bacteria, but are not), live in
extreme environments (still today in the deep sea), never meet light,
produce methane from CO2 and water
and
• Proteo- and Purpurebacteria, which use sunlight as their major
energy source, photosynthesis, mitochondria
Eukaryotic cells, which contain mitochondria
• Why?
• Living systems have to seek for electrons in changing
environments, this fusion created more opportunities for
survival in order to explore the environment and life?

- Mitochondria Membrane
Mitochondria
•
• 35% of heart muscle mass
• MT-DNA in several copies;
• 40 % mutation – obesity, alcohole intolerance, reduced
physical resilience
• 60 % mutation – severe disease, i.e. CSF
• MT membrane – only O2, CO2, CO and NO get through
directly, higly unsaturated fatty acids
What happens, when we burn food?
• Glucose – pyruvate – glycolysis without mitochondria – red blood cells
or chronic fatigue
Pyruvate is transported into the MT – pyruvate dehidrogenase enzyme
– acetyl-coenzyme A goes into citric acid cycle – CO2 and NADH and
FADH
• β-Oxidation of fats – fatty acid + CoA – cutting off an acetyl coenzyme
A etc. – to citric acid cycle + NADH and FADH
go directly into ETC
NAD nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, FAD - flavin adenine dinucleotide
What happens, when we burn food?
NAD ·· H and FAD ·· H carry the electrons from our food
• Enzymes in the ETC make
• ·· , H+ and NAD/FAD, later with O2 ATP and H2O
NAD nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, FAD - flavin adenine dinucleotide
2H+ ·· + ½ O2 → H2O
• Fuel cell and magnetic field generator (rotating ATPase enzym)
• Electrons carry light quanta information (colored vegetables
and fruits).
• This light quanta information is transferred to the electron ring in the
adenosin part of the ATP molecule !!!
• This makes ATP a signaling molecule!
• Our body works light quanta controlled.
Unfolding and Shrinking
Controlling mechanisms may be: light, temperature, water (air
humidity)
Unfolding
• Unfolding: electromagnetic energy (sunlight, photons carried by ATP
molecule), cortisol
• Losing electrons, physical activity
• Day time
• Bigger amount of free radicals
Shrinking
•
•
•
•
Shrinking: cold, CT - charge separation of water
Restoring the amount of electrons
Night time, relaxed muscles, no noise
ATP production in mitochondria paused in REM
phases of sleep - uncoupling
• Daily cycle – flowers
• Seasonal cycle – animal hybernation
Circadian Rhythms
• Cause: Earth rotation with associated change of sunlight
creating day and night time with brightness, darkness
and different magnetism
• Differences in the environment of living systems
Circadian Rhythms
• Daytime:
• brightness, light, photon activity – high electromagnetic
activity,
• mitochondria in our cells produce ATP as signaling and
energy molecules and free radicals, causing loss of
electrons, light creates electric current, stronger
magnetic field in the body, very active – unfolding of
proteins, warmth
Circadian Rhythms
• Nighttime:
• darkness, no photon activity,
• grounded sleeping in a more static magnetic field in the
magnetotail,
• protein repair, shrinking, cold, CT – burning fats
• cold also strenghtens the magnetic field
2 metabolic pathways (?)
• Light controlled:
• daily cycle, light –eye – DHA – SCN –
hypothalamus – pineal gland - melatonin
• seasonal cycle – gut senses the season through photons
carried by our food
2 metabolic pathways (?)
• Temperature controlled: seasonal cycle, cold seems to
overrule light in winter times,
–Cold adapted metabolism
–Warm adapted metabolism
–Changes happen in how fat is used for energy production (cold
turns white fat into brown fat with high mitochondria content and
high metabolism, needs Vitamin D and A)
DHA in the cell membranes
• Book: Robert Abel, Jr., MD, The DHA Story: How
Nature’s Super Nutrient Can Save Your Life
• Converts light into electric current and vice versa in the
cell membranes, brain 30%, retina 60%
DHA in the cell membranes
• Michael A. Crawford, Institute of Brain Chemistry and Human
Nutrition, UK
• 600 million year track record in signaling (cephalopods, fish,
amphibia, reptiles, birds and mammals
• DHA polarizes in a magnetic field, „semi-conductor that will only
allow electrons to pass at a specific energy level to contribute or
control the depolarization“
• „Lipid provided the intra and inter cell structure to create
compartments and specialization.”
DHA
the most important energy converter
slows down photons

Blue light
• (380 and 490 nm) is absorbed best around 480 nm by special retinal
cells, which are directly connected to the suprachiasmatic nucleus
(SCN) and produce melanopsin.
• Melanopsin starts a series of reactions influencing the sense of
hunger, body temperature regulation, blood pressure regulation,
heart frequency and how we register pain.
• Blue light directly blocks the production of melatonin in the pineal
gland.
• We need blue light from the sun in the morning!
It supports serotonin and cortisol balance.
Blue light
• We don´t need artificial blue light in the evening hours!
• Blue light lowers Vitamin D levels, DHEA levels at night with poor
sleep, upsets metabolism and may lead to obesity.
• Too much blue light (at 440 nm) reduces the DHA content in the
retina, may be a cause of macular degeneration.
• Reduce artificial light in the evening or use screen filters when
working with LED screens.
