Anti-Infectious Salmon Anaemia Virus (ISAV) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody – Supernatant CLF015 LOT: F1501 DESCRIPTION: Cedarlane's CLF015 antibody recognizes the Infectious Salmon Anaemia Virus (ISAV). Applications for this antibody include ELISA, Immunofluorescent microscopy, and Immunohistochemisty. In both the indirect immunofluorescent antibody test and the Immunoperoxidase staining of ISAV-infected cells, CLF015 targeted a viral epitope expressed in the perinuclear region of the cells. This antibody does not neutralize virus in cell culture, and does not react with ISAV in Western Blots. PRESENTATION: 0.5 ml Integra Bioreactor concentrated mAb tissue culture supernatant in D-MEM (20% FBS), 0.1% Sodium Azide STORAGE: Store at +4 to -20°C. Aliquot and freeze the unused portion in volumes appropriate for single use (to avoid repeated freezing and thawing). If slight turbidity appears, clarify by centrifugation before use. SPECIFICATIONS: Clone: 4A11 Specificity: This Mouse Monoclonal antibody (mAb) recognizes ISAV isolates. Ig class: Mouse IgG1 CONCENTRATION: Approximately 1 mg/ml specific antibody WORKING DILUTIONS: 1/400 – 1/800 by ELISA Continued Overleaf… STAINING: Immunoperoxidase staining with mAb 4A11 against ISAV-infected TO cells, 4 days post-infection with Norwegian ISAV isolate 810/9/99. Note localization of the ISAV protein in what appears to be trans-Golgi network (Courtesy of Dr. Fred Kibenge , Atlantic Veterinary Collage.)
