Reglas y Normas del Concurso de Spelling Bee 1. Participantes 1.1 Elegibilidad - Los participantes deben estar inscritos previamente en el concurso. 1.2 Inscripción - La inscripción debe realizarse antes de la fecha límite establecida. 2. Palabras 2.1 Selección de Palabras - Las palabras, frases y lecturas serán seleccionadas de una lista previamente aprobada. 2.2 Niveles de Dificultad - Las palabras serán de dificultad progresiva, comenzando con palabras más simples y avanzando a palabras, frases y lecturas más complejas conforme avance el concurso. 3. Procedimiento del Concurso 3.1 Rondas - El concurso se desarrollará en 3 rondas eliminatorias. - En cada ronda, cada participante recibirá una palabra para deletrear. - El orden de participación será determinado aleatoriamente al inicio del concurso. - la primera ronda nivel básico, la segunda ronda nivel intermedio y tercera ronda nivel avanzado. 3.2 categorías de las rondas - nivel básico: únicamente deletreo de palabras. - nivel intermedio: preguntas acerca de gramática. - nivel avanzado: incluye creación de oración (mínimo 6 palabras), con el tiempo gramatical dado. Y lectura de párrafos. 3.2 Tiempo para Deletrear - El participante tendrá 8 segundos para comenzar a deletrear la palabra después de que se la dicten. - Los participantes pueden pedir que se repita la palabra y que se les dé la definición, pero el tiempo seguirá corriendo. (Could you repeat the Word please?) - el nivel intermedio: se dará un tiempo máximo de 15 segundos para responder la pregunta. - el nivel avanzado: se dará un tiempo de 4. Deletreo 4.1 Método de Deletreo - Los participantes deben decir cada letra claramente y en orden correcto. - Los participantes deben indicar claramente el inicio y el final de la palabra diciendo. Ejemplo: “ Accident a-c-c-i-d-e-n-t Accident ”. 4.2 Correcciones - Una vez que un participante comience a deletrear, no puede cambiar el orden de las letras ya dichas. - Si el participante se da cuenta de un error, debe corregirlo antes de finalizar la palabra, sin alterar el orden ya establecido. - se verá penalizado la mala pronunciación, falta de fluidez y errores gramaticales. 5. BASES DE CONCURSO SPELLING BEE Los participantes del concurso deben observar la siguiente dinámica Paso Accion 1 Observaciones La bienvenida y el inicio de la competencia son precedidos por el maestro de ceremonia. El maestro de ceremonia da una descripción de la competencia. 2 El participante toma lugar frente al jurado PRIMERA RONDA: Nivel basico 3 Un integrante del jurado lee una palabra, la cual ha sido seleccionada por el estudiante al azar. Las palabras son seleccionadas al azar de un recipiente. 4 El participante tendrá 8 segundos para comenzar a deletrear la palabra El participante puede solicitar que se repita la palabra o se de la definición pero el tiempo seguirá corriendo. 5 El participante debe indicar claramente el inicio y el final de la palabra. Ejemplo: “ Accident Accident ”. 6 Si el participante se da cuenta de un error deberá corregirlo sin alterar el orden. El error debe corregirlo antes de finalizar la palabra, sin alterar el orden ya establecido. SEGUNDA RONDA: Nivel intermedio a-c-c-i-d-e-n-t 7 El jurado selecciona una pregunta al azar basada en la gramática, el participante deberá responder la pregunta en un tiempo máximo de 15 segundos. La falta de fluidez, errores gramaticales y pronunciación incorrecta serán penalizados. TERCERA RONDA: Nivel avanzado 8 El jurado lee una palabra al azar, con la cual el participante deberá crear una oración.
