BUNDLING 2016
A US retail giant asked APR to coordinate a massive holiday ad campaign
across six creative agencies over an eight-week period. The goal was to create
204 video pieces ranging from traditional TV commercials to online videos
using celebrity hosts.
HOW’D THEY DO IT?
APR was involved from the early planning stages through final wrap acting
as a conduit between the client, agency and production vendors. We were
engaged in the partner selection process, which allowed us to develop and
manage processes such as: consolidation of prep & wrap, cost-plus monitoring
& elimination of waste in real-time, recommendation of a long-term pricing
approach, collaborative production structure management, and oversight of
out-of-scope requests. Ultimately, this endeavor proved highly successful and
delivered all required work, on schedule while saving over $2 million.
