Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
Magellan leads the industry in our ability to respond
quickly to tragedies that impact the workplace. Our
centralized and dedicated CISM team responds
immediately, professionally and in a caring manner—to
both organization specific incidents as well as national
events.
Legal and Financial Services
Our legal and financial program offers an extensive
array of services, tools and resources that can be
easily accessed through a phone call or online. Legal
and financial consultation is available and employees
receive a 60 minute consultation per issue per year.
We also offer online resources including financial
calculators, legal and financial forms library and
hundreds of articles and guides related to legal and
financial issues.
Health and wellness
Available as a buy-up option, our health and wellness
program makes it easy to bring healthy habits into our
member’s busy lives. Set daily goals and track progress
online, via mobile app and through integration with
fitness trackers. Get help and motivation from health
coaches and peers. Through our health and wellness
platform, Café Well, we are radically changing how
members become engaged in maximizing their health.
