contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) services to global clients; Therapure Innovations,

Laboratory Technician will assist in performing and transferring biochemistry methods according to
standard operating procedures, test protocols, cGMP and all company policies/regulations to support
process development activities. Biological substances are derived from human and animals.
Here is what we are looking for:
 Experienced with analytical instrumentations
 Experience with bioanalytical methods such as BCA, SDS-PAGE/western blot, ELISA,
HPLC and UV/Vis preferred
 Data analysis, statistics and report preparation
Here is what you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
 Perform sample analysis using bioanalytical test methods such as BCA, SDSPAGE/western blot, ELISA, HPLC and UV/Vis as per SOPs or protocols.
 Assist in developing new bioanalytical test methods
 Employ good documentation practices when generating raw data, reports, SOPs and
other documentation.
 Perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments.
 Perform all duties according to test protocols, SOPs, BPRs, and cGMPs and all other
established safety standards and company policies.
 Once qualified as a trainer, perform cross training of other technicians
 Participate in scheduled cleaning and maintain housekeeping standards in the
laboratory area
 Notify more senior staff when a product defect or other serious problem occurs.
 Perform any other laboratory duties as assigned.
 Job may require shift work and occasional extended shifts.
