REQUIREMENTS



National Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management or Purchasing
Management or Financial Management. Some experience with the ACCPAC
Accounting System would be advantageous.
Computer literacy in MS word, MS. Power Point, MS Excel and Projects.
At least 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management or Financial
Management.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS






Overall responsibility for compliance with the entire supply chain management
processes.
Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of appropriate policies
and processes in line with the Public Finance Management Act and other
relevant legislation.
Responsibility for demands planning and sourcing thereof.
Effective control of all departmental supplies and managing IRBA’s relations
with suppliers.
Manage the tender process and provide administrative support to the bid
committees.
Provide monthly reports in terms of the Supply Chain Management
Framework.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES






Assertiveness
Good verbal and written communication skills, including report writing in
English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
Good negotiating skills.
