ENRICHMENT BROTH RM (Rich Medium)
Advantages:
RM is a key component of our technique sensitivity.
 Thanks to its original formulae, it allows a fast revival of stressed microorganisms
and their accelerated growth for a shorter enrichment phase.
 For Listeria , the RM ensures in 22 h and only one step( except for dairy products)
the presence of enough bacteria for their detection.
 For the particular case of detection of Listeria in milk and dairy products, a specific
broth has been developed: RML, taking in account the background flora, and the
enrichment is run in 2 steps.
 For the detection of Salmonella, RM is used for the enrichment step, before the
selective one.
 So RM is common in the case of an associated detection of Listeria and
Salmonella on the same sample and it allows only one weight.

SELECTIVE BROTH RV
Advantages:
RV broth allows a selective enrichment for Salmonella, following the first step in RM .
RM, RML and RV media are available in 3 items:
