CREDIT EVALUATION FROM THE CREDIT PRACTITIONERS
Overview
It is the Association's objective to help improve and widen members' professional skills in the
area of Credit Management. While the theoretical aspects of each topic would be addressed,
the seminar would pay particular attention to the practical aspects of Credit Management.
Who Should Attend
This seminar is designed for all levels of credit staff as well as corporate CFOs who are
interested to acquire credit evaluation skills, to improve credit decision-making and to mitigate
against credit risks. It is also relevant for those in Sales who would like to develop a better
understanding of the credit risk profile of their respective customers.
Objectives
On completion of the seminar, participants will be able to:

Understand the strategies of credit evaluation and how they can be used in the credit
decision process

Use key financial ratios for assessing credit risk

Analyze financial reports insightfully and recognize areas of risks
