Notes:
1. Settlement period shall be a calendar month; the calculation is carried out for each securities account of the
Depositor.
2. All rates do not include any overhead costs and services of third parties (parent depositories, registrars).
3. Payment for Depository services shall be made by the Depositor in advance in case of closing of the
securities account or withdrawal of all securities from the securities account of the Depositor.
4. The Depository shall have the right to apply custom tariffs by signing an additional agreement with the
Depositor.
5. The cost of services not covered herein shall be established in Additional Agreement of the Parties.

The Deponent shall also cover the actual cost of the Depository, incurred by the latter in the process of
servicing of the Depositor, and which include costs of outsourced services, of registrars’ services as well as of
other depositories and Transfer Agents.

The Client in whose securities account only the bonds of the given issuer are accounted, shall only pay the
commission for safe-keeping of the said bonds.
