MY TIME FITNESS RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
It is our goal at My Time Fitness that you will be satisfied with the products you receive.
However, if you are not we will gladly help you exchange or return your purchase when it falls
within the guidelines below:
o Clothing & Accessories- 30 Days:
Unworn clothing and accessories may be returned or exchanged with tickets attached and
accompanied by the original invoice. Please specify rather you want to exchange or be refunded.
o Foods & Beverages- 30 Days:
Perishable items cannot be returned by mail or to My Time Fitness facilities, If you received a
damaged perishable item please email [email protected] with the following information:
o Order number for the item
o Date of arrival
o Condition of item at time if arrival
o Detailed explanation of the issue
o Whether you want a refund or replacement
o Memberships:
o If you are moving out of the El Paso area and are in an extended contract you may
cancel your membership with a 30 day written notice to My Time Fitness or you may transfer
your membership to a friend or family member.
o Military with deployment orders may cancel at any time.
