(HRF)
Body Composition
• How the body is made up of bone, fat,
muscle. Fat and muscle can be
trained/changed due to diet/exercise. Body
structure gives us our build.
Speed
• The fastest rate at which a person can
complete a task.
Strength
• Also known as muscular strength. Lifting
a maximum weight in one attempt.
Muscular Endurance
• The ability to use the muscles over a long
period of time without tiring.
Flexibility
• Movement at a joint to its fullest range.
Aerobic Endurance
• This relies on a healthy heart, blood and
blood vessels. How active a lifestyle a
person can lead depends on these. This is
using your heart and lungs to work for a
long period of time.
Skill Related
Fitness
SRF
Agility
• Changing direction quickly whilst keeping the
body under control.
Balance
• Keeping the centre of gravity over the base.
Keeping the body stable.
Coordination
• Using two or more body parts at the sae time.
Power
• Speed and strength combined in an action.
Reaction Time
• The time is takes to react to a stimulus.
