ANNUAL WATERWORKS INFORMATION
WATERWORKS RATE POLICY – as per BYLAW 4-15
$60.00 per Household every Three Months PLUS $11.00 per 1000 gallons of water
usage.
RESOLUTION:
That Council provides affordable rates for water and to ensure safe drinking water.
Council will closely monitor waterworks expenditures.

2016 rates for Water and Sewer brought in an income of $286,492.00, Expenses (without
loan payment but with Amortization) being $380,241.00 providing a deficit of $93,749.

Note: The external use of our water has increased dramatically, bringing more people to
Town causing an Economic Development spin off.

That Council ensures safe drinking water at an affordable cost.
