CAOCL is a directorate within the United States Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) located at Quantico, Virginia. CAOCL serves as the central Marine Corps agency for operational culture and language familiarization training programs. TSD’s task involves developing and maintaining language, regional expertise, and culture based courses for 17 regions around the world. The training will range from one-hour briefings to scenario based e-learning and exercises.
