Or choose a different Civilization to study
To make your timeline:
1. Get a big piece of tagboard, paper, or cardboard.
Decide how you want your timeline to look:
horizontal, vertical, serpentine, diagonal.
2. Use a ruler or yardstick to draw your line. Evenly mark
off the dates of your civilization. Make sure it is long
enough to show all of your dates.
3. Put your notecards in order of earliest to latest and
write them on your timeline. You could also type and
print them and cut them out and glue them down. You
should use ink, not pencil.
4. Illustrate your timeline. Put at least 6 pictures on it –
you can draw them or print some and cut them out
and glue them on. For a higher grade, put 8 or more
pictures on it.
5. Give your timeline a title, and put your name on it.
