Pilot Reflection Workshop.doc H.Luijten WP7 – Roll Out Workshop The roll out, started in February 2010, is a combination of rolling out a game over Facebook and the EnerCities website and implementing an learning device through the EnerCities website and community platform. To support this roll out there were press releases and local events with both local as international competitions. This workshop will consist of visiting the Lancaster University to see the roll out in action, meet with players to discuss the game and afterwards have a look into the EnerCities statistics so far. The workshop will take place the 9th of November (9.00 – 14.00h) in Lancaster / Morecambe during the consortium meeting. (8-9 November 2010) 9.00 Hotel Pickup to Lancaster University. 9:45 Meet the arriving Teams and their Teachers. Divide both players and consortium in three groups. 10:00 Triangular, round-robin format event. Each part takes an hour. Group 1 – play the game, tour of environmental facilities, tour of Engineering facilities, Group 2 – tour of Engineering facilities, play the game, tour of environmental facilities Group 3 – tour of environmental facilities, tour of Engineering facilities, play the game 13:00 Lunch with players and staff 13:30 Work out scores and present prizes during lunch with photographs and video 14:00 Discussion about the local competition format with staff and players involved from Lancaster After this workshop consortium will look into the facts and figures during the afternoon session of their meeting. .
