ABNAMRO Amsterdam (2001-2002) - Senior Vice President, Global head of Risk Management for automobiles, consumer products and diversified firms (North and South America). Managed team approved transactions and monitored portfolio. ABNAMRO, Chicago (1993-2001) Senior Vice President, Regional Head of Structured Products Group. Responsible for origination and structuring of securitization and leveraged transactions. Securitization – established and ran Windmill Funding Corporation, a multibillion dollar asset-backed commercial paper program. Completed Loop ($5B) and Pool ($7B) securitization programs involving commercial loan portfolios to improve capital efficiency. Involved substantial legal, rating agency, accounting, and investor exposure. Leveraged transactions – established and ran a $4.5B portfolio of leveraged transactions. This included origination, structuring and portfolio monitoring.
