The seminar is especially designed for government employees from NGAs, GOCCs/GFIs, LGUs
and SUCs, particularly those involved in procurement (e.g. Bids and Awards Committee, BAC
Secretariat, Technical Working Group, Inspection Committee, etc.), internal audit, accounting, finance,
budget, asset management, human resource management, corporate planning, operations systems
developers, general services, legal, etc.
Those in the private sector especially those who have contracts/transactions with government
or intend to transact or do business with government are encouraged to attend this training course.
