How can one shower in comfort and relaxation while still saving energy?
Joulia-Inline, the new shower drain with heat recovery offers all the comfort and soothes your guilty

Until now, it didn’t matter how brief and practical your shower was—briefly rinsing warm water over
your body uses an impressive amount of energy.
Modern households use nearly as much energy for producing hot water as for all other heating. After a
brief patter on the skin, that energy goes straight down the drain.
The impressively simple Joulia-Inline technology proves that there is another way.
By means of an ingenious heat exchanger module, the heat energy of the dirty shower water is used
to warm the incoming cold water pipe. In this way the cold water arrives at the mixing valve up to 15°C
warmer than before. Therefore, substantially less hot water is needed.
By this simple means, a 4-person household can save about 1000 kWh per year. Because the
requirements vary with the installation site, Joulia-Inline is available in two different efficiency classes.
Joulia-Inline is offered with either 3 or 5 heat exchanger tubes, which you can select depending on
whether maximum efficiency or minimal installation height is more important. The drain channel is
available with or without wall flange.
Joulia-Inline particularly proves its worth in places where many people shower, such as sport centers,
gyms, hotels or clinics. A single Joulia-Inline can generate about as much energy as an 8m2
photovoltaic array. Showering with a clear conscience is thus both ecological and delightful.
The sophisticated technology is concealed under a simple stainless steel cover. Because the heat
exchanger cover also serves as a trap, the total installation height is comparable to conventional
shower drains and can also be used in renovations.
The technology is practically instant and cleaning is simple thanks to the easily-removable cover.
