Dr. Eric Oestmann has over 20 years of extensive management and leadership
experience in a variety of settings, from military to healthcare and everything in
between. During his tenure as an accomplished college educator, management
consultant, and physical therapist he has authored 25 text books/chapters related to
management and healthcare. He continues to provide management consulting across

process, the success of organizational managers and leaders is designed to be incorporated in all
