Roommateconflicts,roomchanges,cancellationsandotherissuesthatimpacttheoccupancyofagivenroomhaveauniqueimpact onGenderNeutralrooms.Assuch,residentsmustbeawareofhowsuchissueswillbeaddressedshouldtheybeencountered duringthecourseoftheacademicyear.Ifastudentcancels/movesouttheroomforanyreason(voluntaryroomchange,roommate conflict,cancellation,judicialremovalorsuspension,etc.)priortoAugust1,theremainingresident(s)willhaveaperiodofoneweek tofindareplacementoftheirchoosing.Inordertoentertheroom,thereplacementstudentwillhavetocompleteallappropriate GenderNeutralHousingapplications,includingasignedcopyofthisagreement.Ifthatstudentisnotyetaresident,sheorhewill needtosubmitahousingapplicationanddeposit,andwillbebilledtheappropriateresidencefee.
