Your heartfelt gift to Friends, an all-volunteer group
affiliated with the Doylestown Health Foundation
(a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization) is tax-deductible
to the fullest extent of the law. Many membership levels

Major Donors, at $25,000, serve as our earliest investors to
this transformational initiative. In addition to receiving all
of the benefits of Lifetime Membership, Major Donors will
also receive individual donor recognition in the new heart
and vascular atrium.
Lifetime Membership, at $10,000, demonstrates an
investment which provides an immediate impact in
addressing the top priorities of the Heart Institute. Lifetime
Members are recognized on the Lifetime Member Plaque
displayed in the Heart Institute, receive a complimentary
reservation for the Annual Meeting and Luncheon and
participate in voting for the yearly allocation of Friends’
funds. Lifetime Members also receive a special invitation to
a Lifetime Members-only dinner currently hosted by a
generous Friends benefactor.
Annual Membership, starting at $100, allows those who
share our passion and dedication to join Friends as we
support the Heart Institute. Members are invited to attend
the Annual Meeting and Luncheon, Heart Brunch and
the dedication and generosity of its volunteers and donors.
