Follicle Stimulating Hormone, FSH Clone 1038 Cat. no. MNS-MON 5012 Specificity The antibody is specific for FSH. The specificity was ascertained by ELISA and immunohistochemistry. Follicle stimulating hormone is produced in the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland. Immunoglobulin type Murine IgG1 Use Staining of FSH producing cells. Instructions for use The antibody can be used on frozen sections and paraffin embedded tissue without proteolytic treatment. As positive control pituitary gland is recommended. Optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilutions, a dilution of 1:10 is advised, based on the Indirect method. With a normal ABC method the dilution can be 5-10 times higher. Localisation: Cytoplasm Presentation 1 ml diluted ascites with 0.1% sodium azide. Storage Store undiluted antibody at 2-8°C (until expiry date). For prolonged storage: store aliquots at -20°C.
