CONSUMER PRODUCT POLICY
Photo Bake Shop® appreciates your interest in our outstanding
personalized treats and party favors. The products shown on our
website are sold by our independently owned licensees and are subject
to the terms or our Product Policy below.
PRODUCTS
We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the products available
for sale by our licensees. Our licensees are fully equipped and trained to
provide you with outstanding quality in personalized edible treats of all
kinds. Our licensees are independently owned businesses and they are
responsible for offering selected pastry products that are made fresh in
an inspected, regulated environment.
They are responsible for
compliance with their state for their business operations. Licensees
have been trained by Photo Bake Shop® in edible printing and
packaging technology using the art of food color printing. All products
are individually wrapped for appearance to protect them in shipping and
carefully packaged to eliminate breakage.
ORDER CHANGES
You may request a change to your order at any time before your order
leaves the Photo Bake Shop® and our licensees will do their best to
accommodate your request. However, if custom printing has already
taken place, we will be unable to change your order.
To cancel your order, please call the appropriate Photo Bake Shop®
where your order has been placed. Please note that if your order has
already been custom made or shipped, our licensees may be unable to
cancel your order.
PAYMENT
By ordering products from Photo Bake Shop®, you authorize Photo
Bake Shop® licensees to charge your credit card for the applicable fees.
Payment is due in advance due to customization.
PRICING
Unless otherwise specifically indicated, all prices on the website are in
United States dollars. Pricing may vary since Photo Bake Shop®
locations are licensed and privately owned.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This website and the information contained, and products and
merchandise offered are provided by independently owned Photo Bake
Shop® licensees. Therefore, the products, sizes and shapes and
pricing may vary. The quality of the products delivered is dependent
upon the quality of photos submitted for an order. All pricing on
products and services by licensees are subject to change with updates
to our website without prior notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Photo Bake Shop® licensees, affiliates and subsidiaries, vendors, and/or
suppliers will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages of
any kind, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or
otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of damages arising from
incomplete instruction or typographical errors accompanying an order.
Our total liability under this agreement shall be limited to direct
damages incurred by you and shall not exceed the fees paid by your
