Understanding Concerns
Twice a year, the conglomerate hires 6,000 new college graduates via its Campus
Center of Excellence. It also hires 1,500 for its professional internship program.
Though its brand is well-known worldwide, there was poor consistency in the hiring
process as different recruiting divisions used separate processes and tools. Delivering

The Strategy
The entertainment organization chose Montage’s video interviewing solution for
its maturity, employer branding capabilities, and attention to service and security.
To create a consistent candidate experience for both video and onsite interviews,
Montage Foyer and Montage Live Video Interview have been branded to replicate an
in-person interview.
“It’s not well known just how big we are into technology,” the Talent Acquisition
Leader added. “We compete with Google, Yahoo and others for top technology talent
