qualifications for new hire placement into assigned positions. Developed Standard Operating Procedures to ensure
compliance with Air Force regulations, policies and procedures.

Lead Trainer
Guided academics for 600+ newly assigned Air Force recruiters annually. Certified Facilitator in Professional Selling
Skills (PSS) and conducted advanced sales seminars to increase number of new hires onto Active Duty. Responsible
for research and preparation of lesson plans and student training materials. Delivered training via a variety of
methods including webinars, classroom and one-on-one sessions. Administered written tests and assessed student
performance evaluations while maintaining a low 2% washout rate. Collaborated with subject matter experts on
instructional system design (ADDIE model) and the re-write of course curriculum.
