Australian Parliament Joint Standing Committee on Migration Submission no. 248 Committee Secretary Joint Standing Committee on Migration I would please like to offer my thoughts for consideration when making alterations to policy regarding immigrants. Can I firstly state that I believe that multiculturalism and immigration are two different things, this is an axiom. That said, Im a proud Australian who is passionate to retain the Christian values that this nation was based on. This is clearly not what has been happening since past Governments have curtailed to pressures applied by vocal ethnic groups with strong religious convictions (Islam.) I for one do not want this country to be ruled under Islamic Sharia Law and would encourage you and your committee to at least investigate other countries who have allowed this political/religious ideology to overtake their society. This country was founded and underpinned by Christian values and laws. Please don’t allow the moral and social decay continue. God Bless .
